Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls
Instructions
- Knead
 - with
 - flour
 - enough
 - dough
 - for
 - one
 - loaf
 - of
 - bread
 - till
 - of
 - working
 - consistency.
 - On lightly floured surface, roll into a 16 x 8 inch rectangle.
 - Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon;
 - spread over dough. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup raisins or pecans if desired.
 - Roll lengthwise as for a jelly roll. Seal edge. Cut in 1
 - inch
 - slices.
 - Start
 - in
 - mid-
 - dle of first cut, then halve each of those and so on. Place each roll as it is cut
 - (cut side down) in 2 greased round cake pans. Place on roll in middle and sur-
 - round with seven others. Cover, let rise 9 - 12 hours. Bake 20 minutes at 350
 - degrees.
 - GLAZE: Add a teaspoon melted butter to a little milk. Add sufficient
