Sausage Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie crust - unbaked
 - 1 lb. Pork sausage
 - or 2 regular crust
 - 4 eggs
 - 1/2 large can evaporated milk
 - 4 oz. Cheddar cheese shredded
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions
- Brown and drain sausage. Place in pie crust. Blend eggs, milk, cheese and salt
 - in blender until cheese is grated. Pour over meat. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350
 - degree oven.
