Butterscotch Pudding or Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
 - 2 T. flour
 - 1/4 t. salt
 - 2 T. butter
 - Yolk of 1 egg
 - 3 T. water
 - 1 cup milk
 
Instructions
- Mix in order given and cook with constant stirring until mixture bubbles
 - up. Let cool, pour into serving dishes, chill and serve.
